Step 1.
The first step is to configure a contact channel which should be used to contact you. Therefor login to our backend and configure a channel like discord where we can post a message.

Step 2.
As next step you need to integrate our API into you form, this means instead of an email service like SendGrid you use our SDK. Take a look at the integration page for more information.

Step 3.
You are now ready, and every customer can contact you through our service, and we send you reliable messages to the configured contact channel for free and without losing any information.
